If you are not an RBT yet but meet the minimum requirements, we will educate you for free to become one.
To apply, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have completed high school-level education or equivalent
  • Pass a level 2 background check/ fingerprinting clearance
Duties:
  • Follow the treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
  • Perform data collection for skills and problem behaviors.
  • Write session notes at the end of the session.
  • Chat with the child’s caregivers about the progress of events of the child’s session.
  • Follow the ethics regulated by the BACB at all times.
  • Follow the BCBAs directions at all times.
  • Participate in regular meetings including monthly staff training (if applicable).
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
Physical requirements: Due to the nature of the job, there will be moments which will require:
  • To seat on the floor, small chairs in various settings such as the home, school, community, or clinic.
  • To move frequently throughout the therapeutic setting, and exercise movements including but not limited to bending, kneeling/crouching, rushing.
  • To be able to lift up to 30 lbs and constantly monitor visually the patients and their surroundings
  • Gas/Mileage: Drive time from client to client location and mileage paid per mile.
  • Time off granted, based on eligibility.
  • Up to 10 holidays.
  • Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification.
  • Paid RBT annual renewal fees and CEUs.
  • Paid CPR.
  • Starting Salary: $31500 based on a estimate of 35 billable hours per week during a year (subject to availability).

We would like you to take a manageable caseload, so we will make sure that you have the right amount of direct (supervision) and indirect work (TPU, BIP and assessments reports). We are committed that you feel comfortable with what you do within our company. It does not matter whether you are an entry-level or an experienced BCBA.

Minimum requirements:
  • Master’s Degree level or equivalent in Education or Psychology.
  • Hold an active BCBA Certification.
  • Pass a level 2 background check before starting
  • Hold a Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association or obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
The following duties include but not limited to:
  • Clinical interviews with caregivers.
  • Conduct VB-MAPP, ABBLS or other relevant assessment and write assessments reports.
  • Collecting behavior data on paper and devices.
  • Designing treatment plans based on NET and DTT.
  • Making individualized clinical decisions.
  • Implementation of direct ABA therapy
  • Supervision of implementation of programs by RBTs
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
  • Elaborate and update the Behavior Intervention Plan as needed.
  • Elaborate treatment plan updates reports.
  • Preference assessment.
  • Reinforcement assessment.
  • Parent training.
  • Prepare and conduct team meetings.
